Request an RMA
Log into your account or contact our support team to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within 30 days of delivery.
Package Your Items
Carefully pack the unused bulbs and fixtures in their original manufacturer packaging, ensuring they are protected for transit to prevent breakage.
Ship the Return
Affix the return label and clearly write your RMA number on the outer shipping box before dropping it off at your local carrier facility.
Inspection and Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your returned items, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
